- At Foonty, we are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we encourage you to review our return and exchange policy outlined below.
- Return Window: Should you need to return a product, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. We regret that requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
- Return Fees: A nominal return fee of Rs. 129 will be charged for each returned item. This fee assists in covering some of the costs associated with processing the return.
- Return Eligibility: We kindly inform you that items purchased during a clearance sale or at a limited-time discount are not eligible for returns. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
- Condition of the Product: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. Regrettably, items that are damaged, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund without any additional charges. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Policy: Please note that products purchased at a special discount or during a clearance sale are not eligible for exchanges. A fixed exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for each item exchanged.
